We offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Items sent incorrectly (a soft mix-up on our end—we’ll make it right)
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
Please reach out within 30 days of your purchase date so we can tend to it thoughtfully.

- Your order number
- A brief, gentle description of the issue
- Photos if it involves damage (they help us understand and resolve with clarity)
We’ll respond calmly and promptly, sending you a prepaid return shipping label along with simple instructions on how and where to send your package. (Items returned without first contacting us cannot be accepted, so we can keep everything flowing smoothly.)

- We’re unable to accept returns on clearance items, final sale items, or gift cards.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days. (Your bank or card issuer may need a little extra time to reflect it fully.)
